1. Shoulder Pain.

I am a night owl. So sometimes I like to burn the midnight Oil.

나는 밤 늦게 일하는 것을 즐긴다. 그리고 때때로 늦게까지 작업을 한다.

But When I sit at my desk for too long, my shoulders flare up.

하지만 책상에 오랫동안 앉아 있으면 어깨 통증이 심하게 발생한다.

At times, the pain is so bed, I'm hardly able to move.

가끔, 통증이 너무 심해서, 나는 거의 움직이지 못할 지경이다.

I want to the hospital once for an expert opinion.

가는 전문적인 의견을 얻기 위해 어느 병원에 가 봤다.

I got acupuncture treatment at an oriental medicine clinic.

나는 한의원에서 침도 맞아 봤다.

I've also tried getting massages for my shoulder pain.

마사지도 받아 봤다.

However, I never got more than temporary relief.

하지만 일시적으로 나을 뿐이다.

Shoulder pain is a chronic problem for many modern people.

어깨 통증은 많은 현대 사람들에게 고질적인 문제이다.

Based on personal experience, I think good posture is most important. 

개인적인 경험을 바탕으로, 내 생각에는 좋은 자세는 가장 중요하다.

Periodic stretching and exercise help, too plus, using your shoulder a lot cant help cure the pain.

주기적으로 운동을 하는 것도 도움이 된다. 또한 어깨를 자주 사용하면 통증을 완화할 수 있다.

2. Pharmacy

Pharmacies are not hard to find in Korea.

한국에서 약국은 찾기 힘들지 않다.

it feels like there's one every street corner.

거리마다 이것이 있는거 같다.

Most of them are small, mom and pop shops.

대부분은 규모가 작고 동네 상점 같다.

But don't be fooled.

하지만 크기만 보면 안된다.

they have almost anything you need. 

그들은 너가 필요한 것을 다 가지고 있다.

They sell both prescription medication and over-the-counter drugs.

그들은 처방약과 처방전 없이 구매 가능한 약품을 모두 판매한다.

Usually, they also carry health supplements, hangover cures and vitamin drinks.

보통, 그들은 영양 보충제, 숙취 해소제, 그리고 비타민 음료 등도 판매한다.

Some even sell basic cosmetics such as lotion or lip balm.

어떤 곳은 로션이나 립밤 등 기초 화장품을 판매한다.

As a rule, pharmacists is Korea are well versed at their jobs.

한국의 약사들은 대체로 전문성이 뛰어나다.

if you tell them your symptoms, they can offer a recommendation.

만약 너의 증상에 대해서 이야기하면, 그들은 약을 추천해 준다.

Pharmacies often have short operating hours, but not to worry ! 

약국은 대체로 영업 시간이 짧다. 그러나 걱정하지 마라.

For basic medications like cold medicine or painkillers, You can just drop by nearby convenience store.

감기약이나 진통제 등 기본 의약품을 사려면 가까운 편의점을 들르면 된다.
